At All Print.ae, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our printing services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for errors directly attributable to All Print.ae, such as printing defects or incorrect orders.
• Custom or personalized print orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Digital products and services, including downloadable files, are non-refundable.

2. Reporting Issues

• Any issues with your printed products must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
• To report an issue, please contact us at info@All Print.ae with your order number, a description of the problem, and, if possible, photographs of the defective or incorrect prints.

3. Returns Process

• Once we receive your complaint, we will review the details and notify you of the next steps.
• If a return is deemed necessary, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

4. Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@All Print.ae.

6. Shipping for Returns

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized print orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Downloadable digital products and design services are non-returnable.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at info@All Print.ae with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
